I have enjoyed varied career experiences over the past ” many years”. I am retired from Federal Civil Service, NAS Lemoore, where I spent 20 plus years working in Fire Protection & Occupational Safety & Health. During this time I also owned Royer Cycle & Marine, a local boat & motorcycle dealership, and continued thru 2010 when the Great Recession forced me to close the doors after 28 yrs. of business.
I had planned to retire and play golf so I moved to the golf course, bought new clubs and was content for about a week. About this time Jeff Levinson, a local practicing attorney, and Dick Jacques, my old golfing buddy and past Kings County Board of Realtors President, were looking for someone to manage a property management company that Jeff was purchasing. After some discussion, I accepted the challenge and new opportunity and proceeded to complete the licensing requirements.
Since that time I have completed the Accredited Residential Manager Certification Program, ARM, the Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI, Sellers Representative Specialist Certification, SRS, and completed the requirements and successfully passed the Broker exam. I have been fortunate to have listed and closed property transactions ranging from a $60,000 single family residence to a $2.124 million commercial property sale. I enjoy working in Real Estate and look forward to meeting and working with new clients.
Please call and allow me to work with you on your purchase, sale or management of your investment properties.
